Could not recommend Brad enough! From start to finish he made the process so simple. Incredibly personable, open, and I felt as though he truly cared and had my best interest in mind. Made understanding the numbers side of everything digestible and straight forward. He provided insights along the way and gave his recommendations which was greatly appreciated. Again, could not recommend enough!

We saw a vehicle that we were interested in at the Used Car Factory and we live two hours away. We had called to make sure the vehicle was still available prior to hitting the road, and to see what time they closed. It was 1pm and we wouldn’t have made it there before closing time on the Saturday. Brad stuck around to give us time to get there and view the vehicle. We bought the vehicle and the process from start to finish was a fantastic experience. Brad even came with us so we could get the vehicle insured in time so we could get it home that day. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from Brad! Greatly appreciated how he worked with us.

Can’t say enough good things about Brad and The Used Car Factory. Immediately gave me a full history of the car, the good and the stuff everyone else would try and hide. That by itself sold the car for me right there – I knew I could trust Brad. Anyone looking to buy a used car, I recommend Brad and The Used Car Factory, hands down.
